Order Processing 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your Honeycrates Inc order to be processed and packaged before shipment. Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to 20 business days to be processed and packaged before shipment.  

I’ve placed my order, what is next?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given you've provided us with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through.

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

If you purchase the first class USPS mail option, once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of Honeycrates Inc. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. if you purchased the priority or priority express shipping option, your package did come standard with insurance and we will file a claim.

For international orders, the buyer acknowledges responsibility for any import or customs fees and/or taxes. 

What should I do if I have not received my package and I received a shipping notification from USPS?

If you have not received your order in the time stated on confirmation or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at (800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3 Year Warranty
Honeycrates will repair, without charge, any defect due to faulty material or workmanship for 3 years from date of purchase.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This warranty does not apply to the structure fabrics or damages caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
