We recommend washing our cloth masks before first use.

Please understand that our cloth face masks are not a replacement for medical grade Personal Protective Equipment, and in circumstances where medical grade Personal Protective Equipment is recommended, you should consult a health care professional.

The decision to use cloth mask is solely your own. Our face masks are not medical-grade items or devices to be used as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). It is illegal to make a medical-grade claim if a product has not been approved by the FDA or NIOSH as a medical product. 

All Honeycrates face masks do not replace a particulate filtering N95 or any other NIOSH or FDA certified masks used in healthcare settings and should not be used when caring for those with COVID-19. 

Please remember that use of face masks is not intended to replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19, such as social distancing, washing your hands and refraining from touching your face. Please follow all recent CDC-Posted guidelines in addition to advice given by your healthcare provider.

Be mindful when wearing masks if you have lung a known disease. Such as emphysema, asthma or chronic heart disease. Stop using this product if you notice difficulty breathing while wearing it. If you have a medical condition, this face mask may not be appropriate for you. 

Returns of masks will not be accepted under any circumstances. Should you feel your mask has been tampered with prior to your handling or is unfit for use please contact us HERE and we will be happy to assist you.
