Question: Do you have other locations that sell Honeycrates?

Question: Can I use my own shipping account that I have set up with Fedex?

Answer: Yes, we can arrange shipping under an account you have with Fedex, UPS, USPS and DHL express. Simply include the account information in the "Shipping Account Information If You Wish To Use Your Own Shipping Carrier" box in the check out screen, for further assistance you can email orders@honeycrates.com

Question: Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Answer: Yes, our warehouse in California offers a FREE pick up service. At checkout select the pick up option. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up and you can arrange pick up Monday-Friday 8 am - 3 pm

Question: I'd like to have a honeycrate made to fit my light that isn't on your site, do you take custom orders?

Answer: Yes, feel free to send us the product name, dimensions and pictures if you have any to orders@honeycrates.com. Then we will send it to our design team and they will get you an answer within 3 business days.  

Question: Do you have dealers worldwide?

Answer: We currently have a number of dealers around the globe and may take on more in the months to come. Check out our dealer page for more information, if you don't see a location that works for you feel free to contact sales@honeycrates.com
